Project Overview
The project involved the construction of two hotels, residential villas, and a souk – or market – connected by Venetian-style bridges and canals, with a total built-up area of 110,000 square metres.
The scope of works included construction of the Al Qasr hotel, which features 290 rooms, courtyard villas, restaurants, cafes and a spa.
The scope of works also included landscaping and the construction of large water canals that serve as the primary means of transport around the resort.
