
The Executive and Government Relations Office supports the effective management of BIC Contracting's relationships across government departments to ensure that all government related communication and requirements are managed effectively and to build and maintain a strong reputation.
The Executive and Government Relations Office's main objectives are to liaise with government and semi-government entities, to resolve operational and legacy issues, and to implement corporate and social responsibility initiatives.
In support of these objectives, the Executive and Government Relations Office's will:
- Develop and implement a strategy and a set of protocols for BIC Contracting’s communication with local, federal and semi government entities
- Gather information and develop tools to support this endeavour and to facilitate smooth communication with government entities
- Establish a central channel through which the company can convey properly considered and unified communications and transactions
- Communicate with government entities in a manner which supports BIC Contracting’s overall corporate objectives and strategic plan
- Develop, foster and maintain productive relations with government agencies and their individual and departmental representatives in relation to all aspects in support of the company
- Continuously evaluate, review and improve BIC Contracting’s government communication strategy and protocols
