Project Overview
The project involved the design and construction of the substructure and superstructure, services and fit-out of a 43-storey, twin-tower hotel and apartment complex
The project included construction of two deep basements and the installation of a series of transfer beams.
The 5-star hotel has luxury guestrooms and suites, furnished apartments, restaurants, retail outlets, conference centres and a sports club, as well as six podium levels and three basement levels.
A notable feature is the RCC structure and external cladding with a glazed curtain walling system. The scope of the project also included MEP services, a conveying system and soft and hard landscaping.
The building is reinforced with a concrete frame and pre-cast slabs above the fourth level. The finished project consisted of 62 unfurnished apartments and 125 furnished apartments in one tower, and 300 hotel rooms in the other.
