Project Overview
The project involved the construction of a hotel and shopping mall, a marina, revetments, shore protection, formation of a 600 metre beach, and MEP services. The scope of work also included construction of marine floaters and pre-built underground fuel storage.
The resort has 24 chalets finished in natural stone, each with its own pool and recreational facilities, as well as a 101-room hotel constructed on a built-up area of 48,000 square metres. The resort also includes seven Royal and Diplomatic Suites, a ballroom, a range of restaurants, a nightclub, a health club and shared swimming pools.
The shopping mall, which can be directly accessed from the hotel, covers a built-up area of 30,000 square metres. It features a central skylight dome, eight escalators, and two cinemas.
