Project Overview
Habtoor Leighton Group was responsible for the construction of eight towers within the 40-tower Jumeirah Beach Residence development. The scope of work included piling, construction of the substructure and superstructure, services and fit-out.
The eight towers, collectively known as Sector 4, have a total built-up area of over 2 million square metres and are made up of commercial and residential spaces. In total, the towers used about 260,000 cubic metres of concrete in construction.
Each tower consists of a semi-basement level and two further levels for car parking, loading and unloading bays, building services and access to upper floors. The podium perimeter and the upper podium deck are for commercial, recreational and entertainment use. All upper levels are for residential use, and include penthouse and loft apartments, as well as a mix of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments.
