Project Overview
This project involved the construction of the 26-storey Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The scope of work included the construction of the superstructure and fit-out of the hotel rooms.
The project featured the construction of 600 guestrooms, shops, restaurants, gyms, entertainment foyers, cafés and business areas, as well as an adjacent purpose-built conference centre and banqueting hall.
The building is 300 metres long and 100 metres high and was built and styled using over 18 million hours of labour.
