Project Overview
BIC Contracting LLC (previously known as HLG Contracting LLC) is sub-contracted by Weatherford Oil Tool Middle East Limited, for the construction of infrastructure within the Zubair Oilfield Development in Southern Iraq.
The Zubair Oilfield Development is operated by ENI, on behalf of the Iraq Ministry of Oil, with Weatherford Oil Tool Middle East Limited responsible for overall delivery of the new oil production facility within Zubair.
BIC Contracting scope of works comprises the partial engineering and construction of civil, utility and infrastructure works, including:
- Site offices
- Earthworks, roads and buildings
- Equipment installation, electrical and instrumentation
- Oil and water storage tanks
- Pre-commissioning
