Project Overview
The project involved the construction of a two-tower hotel.
The taller tower is 24-storeys high with 147 hotel apartments and two executive penthouses. The second tower is a 21-storey hotel, with 203 rooms and suites.
Rising up from a central podium, the hotel has two basement parking areas and a ground floor. It features bridges that link the two towers on the first, sixth, 12th and 18th floors, a restaurant as well as conference and meeting rooms. The project also features a garden lobby, an executive club lounge, a swimming pool, health club, gym and spa.
