Project Overview
The scope of work included the construction of the substructure and superstructure, MEP works and fit-out of a 40-storey residential building with four basement parking levels.
The tower has 156 studios, 78 one-bedroom apartments, 100 two-bedroom apartments, 36 three-bedroom apartments, 24 four-bedroom apartments, eight duplexes and eight penthouse suites. It has a total built-up area of more than 67,000 square metres.
This tower was built as a joint venture with South African construction company Murray & Roberts.
