Project Overview
The scope of work included the construction of the substructure, superstructure, services and fit-out of a 30-storey residential tower and a 14-storey office tower, rising from a common podium.
The podium included the basement, ground floor and three more floors.
The project combined traditional Arabic architectural design elements with modern architectural features and finishes such as fibreglass-reinforced cement domes and brackets, special full ceiling detailing and a crowned steel dome.
The residential tower features 20 individual swimming pools and the commercial tower has four floors of boardrooms. The podium consists of a courtyard, retail outlets and food courts.
The exterior of the towers are clad with GRC material and precast concrete panels, while the dome is an eight piece steel structure.
