Project Overview
The project scope included the construction of a single high-rise tower with two levels of basement parking, a ground floor, two podium levels, 39 levels of luxury office space and residences. The built-up area covered more than 47,000 square metres.
The scope of works included construction of reinforced cement concrete columns, a podium structure and core walls, a steel structure for beams, metal decking for slabs, post tensioned slabs, block works, internal and external finishes, curtain walling, granite wall cladding, thermal and moisture protection works and MEP works.
