Project Overview
The project scope consists of the construction of a multipurpose complex with a built-up area of 243,000 square metres.
The complex includes a shopping mall with associated leisure activities, an office building, a serviced apartment building, and an unfurnished apartment building. All buildings are 15 storeys high.
The development includes more than 100,000 square metres of underground car parking over five levels. It also has two residential buildings with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, a serviced apartment building and a hotel to be operated by the Accor Group as a Novotel Hotel,
Also included is a 30,000 square metre office building, as well as a 14,000 square metre enclosed retail, food and beverage mall.
